How it works
ZEISER® master-model fabrication:
Simple and fast; one pour and your model is made
1. „Box in" the impression on the tray carrier for pin paralleling.
2. Place tray carrier with impression onto the slider with solid ZEISER® base plate underneath.
3. Survey the required pin position and drill the pin holes.
4. Push table down gently to defi nite stop position. Drill two holes per segment.
5. Insert tapered pins into drilled holes and press down according to friction required.
6. Pour up the impression with die stone or BLUE-STAR.
7. Load ZEISER®-base plate with stone or BLUE-STAR around pins. Invert plate; seat onto the impression.

8. After approx. 20 minutes (stone) or 8 hrs (BLUESTAR) remove the impression from the tray carrier and separate the „pour up" from the base plate. Simply tap the base plate with a small hammer, until the arch lifts off.
| 9. Take the arch right off the base plate.

10. Trim the arch, clean, blow dry and reposition back onto base plate.
11. A visible gap between tooth arch and base plate will show the actual stone expansion. Now section the model: The linear expansion is thus eliminated and the segments will drop back flush onto the base plate. The expansion error is now corrected.

12. The ZEISER® master model, a dimensionally stable and perfectly accurate reproduction of the actual situation in the mouth. „There will be no visible dimensional change across the arch using BLUE-STAR epoxy resin."
